【摘要】 目的探讨耳科疾病以多层螺旋CT三维重建与影像导航系统相结合进行诊断和精确手术的可行性。方法对10名正常志愿者进行16排CT颞骨扫描、三维重建和影像导航系统模拟操作。结果耳部CT重建的图像质量好,导航配准过程顺利。结论以颞骨多层螺旋CT成像和图像的三维重建,结合影像导航系统进行耳科疾病的诊断和精确手术具有一定的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the feasibility of multi-slice spiral CT combined with image-navigation system about the medical diagnosis and precise operation in the ear diseases.Methods Sixteen multi-detector CT scanned temporal bone,3D reconstruction and simulated operating were done in 10 healthy volunteers.Results The quality of the picture was good which was under the reconstruction in ear CT,and the navigation registering procedure was smooth.Conclusions The 3D reconstrution which under multi-slice spiral CT combined with image-navigation system about the medical diagnosis and precise operation in the ear diseases has some advantages.更多还原
