【摘要】 目的探讨肝脏缺血/再灌注过程中TNF-α的表达和肝损伤的关系。方法应用RT-PCR技术,观察缺血时间分别为15min、30min及45min的3组大鼠肝脏于再灌注60min时TNF-α的表达情况。结果三组肝脏缺血前及缺血末组织内仅有少量ITNF-α表达于肝细胞内;但于再灌注60min时,TNF-α表达程度则显著增强,且缺血时间越长的肝脏,其表达强度越大。结论肝脏的缺血能明显诱导再灌注期间肝细胞表达TNF-α,进而引发一系列病理生理改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of TNF-α in hepatic cells during liver ischemia-reperfusion injury and its effects.Methods Three groups of rats liver undergone ischemia for 15,30 and 45 minutes respectively,and reperfusion for 60 minutes were conducted.The hepatic TNF-α expression was observed by RT-PCR.Results The lower expression of TNF-α in hepatic cell before reperfusion.More expression of TNF-α was found at the point of 60 minutes reperfusion.Further more,the higher expression of TNF-α showed in the more prolonged ischemic liver.Conclusions Hepatic ischemia can induce TNF-α high expression in rats.更多还原
