【摘要】 目的评价腹腔及静脉化疗配合局部热疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效。方法2003年1月～2005年1月收治的48例卵巢癌病人随机分为观察组25例,对照组23例。观察组采用腹腔灌注和静脉化疗,同时局部给予热疗,对照组仅给予腹腔及静脉化疗。结果观察组和对照组有效率分别为56.0%和21.7%。结论腹腔及静脉化疗配合热疗治疗卵巢癌的疗效优于单纯腹腔及静脉化疗,对治疗晚期卵巢癌有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of abdominal and intravenous chemotherapy with local hyperthermia treatment for advanced ovarian cancer.Methods Forty-eight cases with advanced ovarian cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The observer Group was 25 cases,the control group was 23 cases from January 2003 to January 2005.The patientsin observation group were administred intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy infusion with hyperthermia.The in patirnts in the control group was given intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy.Results The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 56.0% vs 21.7% in the observation group and the control group.Conclusions The treatment with the effect of Intraperitonealperfusion and intravenous chemotherapy with hyperthermia was was better than that with Intraperitoneal perfusion and intravenous chemotherapy,and it has a certain clinical value for advanced ovarian cancer and should be widely used.更多还原
