【Abstract】 The progress in birth control technology has brought the following benefits:it has controlled defective and out-of-plan child birth,and it has realized thousands of women’s dreams of becoming mothers,who have difficulty in procreation.But the misuse of the technology produces social problems such as the unbalanced newborn sex ratio and increased polyembryonic births.So it is important for doing a good job in family planning to understand ethical significance of applying the technology.更多还原
