【摘要】 目的:掌握武汉市近年来妇幼人群健康状况、主要指标完成情况及机构现状。方法:采取以全市从事妇幼保健服务机构合计989家,逐级定期上报分析方法。结果:主要健康状况指标呈好转趋势,多数指标完成较好,但仍有部分指标未达标,其中剖宫产率仍处较高水平,基层机构建设较明显滞后于省市级机构。结论:武汉市妇幼健康水平逐年提高,妇幼保健成效明显但需进一步改善,基层妇幼机构建设相对薄弱,应引起有关部门注意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper is to find out the health status of women and children in Wuhan in recent years,and the fulfillment of major targets and the current situation of organizations.Method:Reports were taken from a total of 989 organizations across the city including hospitals,community health service centers,and kindergartens by regular step-by-step reporting.Result:The main life index shows a tendency to the better,most targets are satisfied,but there are some below the standard,with caesarean section still in a relatively high rate,and the organizational construction at the basic level lags more obviously behind city and province levels.Conclusion:Women and children health level is being improved annually,and organizations at the basic level for women and children are relatively weak,which related departments should pay attention to.更多还原
