【摘要】 现行医疗安全管理制度要求对已发生的医疗安全事件进行上报和处理,对潜在的医疗安全隐患和漏洞,没有明确的报告要求。建立院内医疗安全无惩罚自愿报告制度,可事前有效地发现与处理这些隐患和薄弱环节,减低严重医疗事件和医疗事故的发生率,并可为医院的安全管理提供决策支持。我国的医院目前尚无类似制度,我国航空业的SCASS可以作为建立院内医疗安全无惩罚自愿报告机制的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing medical safety management system requires that medical safety incidents which has happened be reported and handled,but there is no specific requirements for the report on potential medical safety risks and flaws.The establishment of a system of medical safety reporting voluntary without punishment can be helpful for the effective discovery and elimination of these safety risks and flaws in advance,the reduction of the incidences of serious medical events and accidents,and the provision of decision-making support for hospital safety management.There is no such a system in our country,and therefore we could take SCASS from China aviation industry into the establishment of a system of medical safety reporting voluntary without punishment within a hospital.更多还原
