【摘要】 目的:了解武汉市居民对社区卫生服务中心的知晓率、利用率和满意度情况,正确评价武汉市社区卫生服务工作。方法:定量分析。结果:社区卫生服务机构的知晓率、利用率和满意度相对较好。结论:继续加大社区卫生服务宣传力度,认真做好健康教育工作,进一步开展社区保健和康复工作,提高社区卫生服务水平,改善社区卫生服务设备条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This is to investigate the rates of residents’awareness of, utilization of and satisfaction with community health ser- vice centers in Wuhan, and to evaluate the work of community health service properly. Method:Quantitative analysis is applied in the survey. Re- sult:The residents have relatively higher rates of awareness of, utilization of and satisfaction with community health service organizations in Wuhan. Conclusion:It is essential to continue to intensify the publicity of community health service and health education, to focus on health care and rehabilitation, to improve community health service, and to provide more service facilities.更多还原
