【Abstract】 The paper elaborates the necessity of the regulation of medicine prices by the government from the aspects of the particularity of medicines as commodities, the reform of medicine price management systems both at home and abroad, and the objectives of medicine price policies, and analyzes the ranges and limits of the regulation of medicine prices by the government. In the end, the paper proposes that the regu- lation of medicine prices is a highly complicated process with its effect in implementation depending on the establishment of related systems, including the medical insurance system, the medical service classification system, the medicine production and distribution system, the medical service and medicine separation system, the medical service supervision system, and the reimbursement mechanism for public hospitals.更多还原
