【摘要】 目的:了解湖北省艾滋病高发区与非高发区肿瘤专科医护人员对艾滋病防治知识的掌握程度,进一步提升其应对艾滋病合并肿瘤患者的处理能力。方法:自行设计艾滋病防治知识问卷,选取湖北省肿瘤医院医护人员100人,襄樊市人民医院、市中心医院肿瘤专科医护人员100人,当场发放填写并回收问卷。结果:对问卷进行独立样本t检验,t=-2.665,=47.893,=0.01,两地区问卷平均分有显著性差异;另外对两地问卷的错题进行独立样本的非参数检验,使<0.001,得出4个题目有显著性差异。结论:艾滋病高发区问卷应答的正确率明显高于非高发区。两地区肿瘤专科医护人员都有长期、持续进行艾滋病防治知识教育和培训的必要;应进一步提升肿瘤专科医护人员艾滋病合并肿瘤患者的处理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This is to investigate AIDS knowledge of tumor medical and nursing staff in high incidence areas and non-high incidence areas,and to further increase their capacity of managing AIDS patients associated with tumors.Method:The questionnaire was designed about AIDS knowledge,100 persons were chosen from Hubei Tumor Hospital and 100 persons from Xiangfan People’s Hospital and Xiangfan Central Hospital,and the questionnaire was distributed,accomplished and recalled on the spot.Result:The questionnaire was put into an independent sample t test,t=-2.665,=47.893,P=0.01,and there is a significant difference between the average scores of the two regions;in addition,the wrong questions were analyzed in an independent non-sample test parameters,P < 0.01,so as to know that there are remarkable differences in four items.Conclusion:A higher correctness rate is present in the answers to the questionnaire in the high incidence area of AIDS than in the non-high incidence area.Suggestion:Long-term education and training about the prevention and treatment of AIDS are necessary for tumor medical and nursing staff in two regions to further improve their capacity of managing AIDS pa-tients associated with tumors.更多还原
