【摘要】 目的:研究应对策略和社会支持对哮喘患者情绪状况的影响。方法:应用简式简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对769名哮喘患者进行了问卷调查,对收集到的数据运用SPSS10.0进行t检验、相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果:①哮喘患者的总体情绪状况比正常群体明显偏差。②哮喘患者的总体情绪状况与社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持和支持利用度呈显著正相关,与屈服应对呈显著负相关。③屈服应对和社会支持总分进入总体情绪状况的回归方程。结论:应对策略和社会支持是影响哮喘患者情绪状况的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of responsive strategies and social support on emotions of asthmatics.Methods A total of 769 as-thmatics were investigated by means of Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).With the help of SPSS10.0,t-test,correlation analysis and multivariable stepwise regression analysis were carried out of the collected data.Results ①The total emotion status of asthma patients is worse than the normal.②The total emotion status of asthma patients is related positively to the total score of social support,subjective social support,objective social support,and the use of sup-port,and it is related inversely to subdued response.③Subdued response and the total score of social support enter the regression equation of the total emotion status.Conclusions Subdued response and social support are important factors in the emotion status of asthmtics.更多还原
