【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定克补片中硝酸硫胺、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、叶酸、泛酸钙6种水溶性维生素含量。方法:采用AgilentHC-C18(2)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为0.05mo.lL-1醋酸铵(pH6.0)—甲醇梯度洗脱;检测波长212nm(泛酸钙)、280nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:硝酸硫胺、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、叶酸、泛酸钙的线性范围分别为0.03～0.07mg.mL-1、0.030～0.071mg.mL-1、0.018～0.043mg.mL-1、0.3～0.7mg.mL-1、1.2～2.9μg.mL-1、0.064～0.151mg.mL-1。回收率分别为:99.4%、99.2%、98.7%、99.5%、98.3%、99.7%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便准确,精密度良好,适用于克补片中硝酸硫胺、维生素B2、叶酸等6种水溶性维生素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining six water-soluble vitamins in Kebu tablets.Methods:The column was Agilent HC-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),a gradient elution was applied using the mobile phase of A:0.05 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate buffer (pH 6.0) and B:methanol,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 212 nm and 280 nm.Results:The linear ranges of thiamine nitrate,vitamin B2,B6,nicotinamide,folic acid and calcium pantothenate were 0.03～0.07 mg·mL-1,0.030～0.071 mg·mL-1,0.018～0.043 mg·mL-1,0.3～0.7 mg·mL-1,1.2～2.9 μg·mL-1 and 0.064～0.151 mg·mL-1,respectively.The recoveries were 99.4%,99.2%,98.7%,99.5%,98.3% and 99.7%(n=9),respectively.Conclusions:The method was simple,precise,accurate and suitable for the determination of the above-mentioned six water-soluble vitamins in Kebu tablets.更多还原
