【摘要】 目的了解糖尿病合并消化道真菌感染的临床特点。方法回顾性分析48例糖尿病合并消化道真菌感染病例。结果48例糖尿病合并消化道真菌感染病例发病年龄多见于>60岁、随机血糖>11.1mmol/L、有并发症、抗生素的长期大量不合理运用等危险因素。结论糖尿病合并消化道真菌感染在临床多见,应予重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics of digestive system mycotic infection combing with diabetes.Metheds Clinical data of 48 patients digestive system diabetes were reviewed. Results Age at presentation for digestive system mycotic infection combing with diabetes was more than 60 years,the glucose of patients with diabetes often more than 11.1 mmol/L,the complication of chronic disease,and the long-term unreasonable use of antibiotic are the risk factors. Conclusion Digestive system mycotic infection combing with diabetes was not rare, we should pay attention to it.更多还原
