【摘要】 目的观察Hp相关性消化性溃疡(胃/十二指肠溃疡)根除Hp治疗的常用三联治疗方案7d疗程和14d疗程的疗效和安全性。方法将60例Hp检测(尿素酶法)阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为A组和B组各30例,A组治疗7d,B组治疗14d,观察Hp根除情况、溃疡愈合情况以及不良反应。结果临床总有效率B组明显优于A组(P<0.01)。结论14d疗程明显优于7d疗程,药物不良反应无明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the commonly used triple therapy program for 7 days’ cure and 14 days’cure to eradicate helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer.Methods 60 cases detected HP(urea enzymatic)positive peptic ulcer randomly divided into Group A and Group B(each with 30 cases).Group A was given the treatment of 7 days and group B of 14 days.Then observe the eradication of Helicobacter Pylori,ulcer conglutination and side effect.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in group B than in group A(P<0.01).Conclusion The 14 days’cure were obviously better than the 7 days’cure,no significant increase of drug adverse reactions.更多还原
