【摘要】 目的比较机采血小板于采集后6h和72h制备的冰冻血小板制品治疗急性大出血患者的临床疗效。方法60例急性大出血患者,随机分为2组,一组输注采集后6h制备的冰冻机采血小板制品,另一组输注采集后72h制备的冰冻机采血小板制品,通过血小板CCI测定输注有效率及观察临床止血效果来评价临床疗效。结果以美国产Trima血细胞分离机配套全密闭7d保存袋采集的机采血小板,分别于采集后6h和72h制备的冰冻血小板制品,用于急性大出血患者。输注后血小板数量显著高于输注前,输注后患者的出血明显减轻或得到有效控制;采集后6h和72h制备的冰冻机采血小板的CCI有效率比较(χ2<0.01,P>0.05),差异无显著性。结论全密闭7d保存袋采集的机采血小板,分别于采集后6h和72h制备的冰冻机采血小板制品,都能有效地改善和控制急性大出血患者的出血倾向,用于抢救急性大出血患者疗效是可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparison among curative effect of frozen platelets for sufferers with urgent massive haemorrhage,the frozen platelets prepared at 6 hours and 72 hours after collection.Methods 60 patients with urgent massive haemorrhage were divided in two groups,one group had by transfusion of frozen platelets made after 6 hours collection,the other had by transfusion of frozen platelets made after 72 hours collection,appraise clinic curative effect passed CCI and clinic hemostasia effect.Results Blood platelets were gathered in bags of seven days by Trima blood corpuscle machine,and made of frozen platelets after 6 hours and 72 hours collection;After transfusion the blood platelets were salience higher for sufferers with urgent massive haemorrhage,so that sufferers’ haemorrhage were obvious abate or in effect control.And there were no differences on CCI(χ2<0.01,P>0.05)between the frozen patelets prepared at 6 hours and 72 hours after collection.Conclusion The frozen platelets both prepared at 6 hour and at 72 hour after Collection,can obvious abate or in effect control the sufferers’ haemorrhage,can be use reliably in salvage sufferer with urgent massive haemorrhage.更多还原
