【摘要】 目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对偏头痛的检测价值。方法:确诊的257例偏头痛患者,按不同年龄段分成5组,分别在急性发作期和间歇期进行TCD检测血流速度。结果:偏头痛患者不同年龄段急性发作期和间歇期脑血流速度和正常人血流速度与同名动脉比较,P<0.01,偏头痛患者和正常人血流速度存在明显差别;无论急性发作期还是间歇期不同年龄段内同名动脉血流速度χ2检验,P>0.05。结论:TCD可敏感而准确地反映偏头痛患者在不同年龄、不同时期的脑血管舒缩功能及其血液动力学变化,适用于各个年龄段的偏头痛患者检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the detection value of transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD) to migraine.Methods:The 257 migraine patients were divided into five groups randomly,were respectively detected cerebral blood flow rate with TCD in the acute stage and intermission.Results:The migraine patients’s cerebral blood flow rate in the acute stage and intermission in the different age period were compared with the health adult in the same name artery,P<0.01.The migraine patient and the health adult there exist the obviously difference in cerebral blood flow rate.The same name artery cerebral blood flow rate was adopted χ~2 test in the different age period whether or the acute stage and intermission,P>0.05.Conclusion:TCD can sensitively and accurately detect cerebral vasomotor function and hemodynamic changes of migraine patients in various age and different periods,apply to detect migraine patients’s cerebral blood flow rate in the different age period.更多还原
