【摘要】 目的:评价解放军323医院抗菌药应用情况和趋势。方法:对解放军323医院2005-2007年抗菌药的销售金额、用药频度、药物利用指数和日治疗费用等数据进行回顾性分析。结果:3年中抗菌药占全院药品销售总金额的平均比例为38.81%,抗菌药物的使用主要以头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类和大环内酯类为主,有3种口服药和4种注射剂的用药频度排序始终居前列,分别是阿莫西林胶囊、阿奇霉素片、克拉霉素胶囊、注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠、注射用青霉素G钠、注射用头孢唑林钠和盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液。结论:本院抗菌药用药种类基本合理,但用药比例偏高。因此建议本院加强抗菌药物合理使用干预措施,建立健全抗菌药分级管理制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the status and tendency of application of antibacterials in 323rd Hospital of PLA.Methods: The consumption sum,DDDs,drug utilization index and defined daily cost of antibacterials in 323rd Hospital of PLA during 2005-2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: During the three years,the average rate of consumption sum of antibacterials was 38.81% of the total consumption sum of drugs used in the hospital.Cephalosporins,quinolones and macrolides were the main antibacterials used.Three kinds of oral antibactorials and four kinds of injection antibacterials were used most frequently.They were amoxicillin capsules,azithromycin tablets,clarithromycin capsules,cefoperazone/sulbactam for injection,benzylpenicillin G injection,cefazolin sodium injection and levofloxacin hydrochloride injection.Conclusion:The varieties of the main antibacterials used are basically reasonable,but the utilization rate of antibacterials in this hospital is higher than the average rate all over the country.So the intervention measures and the management at different levels should be strengthened in order to standardize the rational use of antibacterials.更多还原
