【摘要】 目的对1 967例华支睾吸虫病患者超声波检查肝胆的征象进行临床分析。方法超声波肝胆系统扫描。结果1 967例华支睾吸虫阳性者,肝胆系统超声波显示异常1 529例,占77.7%。其中重度者128例,占8.4%;中度者539例,占35.3%;轻度者862例,占56.4%。具体表现为肝、胆增大者87例占5.7%,肝内、胆管壁回声增强,管壁增厚,可见肝胆内胆管有不同程度的扩张者1 289例,占84.3%,有胆囊壁增厚,内见粗大飘动光点者127例,占8.3%。1 247例肝内胆管回声强,合并胆囊增大312例,占肝内胆管壁像改变者的25.0%。结论超声波肝胆检查在华支睾吸虫病流行区人群例行体检中,对于无症状的华支睾吸虫病患者的诊断具有实际临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze 1967 cases of Clonorchis Sinensis patients after using ultrasound to scan liver and gallbladder.Methods Through liver and gallbladder ultrasound scanning system.Results 1967 positive cases of Clonorchis sinensis,liver and gallbladder system ultrasound showed that 1529 abnormal cases accounted for 77.7%.Of which 128 cases were severe,accounted for 8.4%;539 cases were moderate,accounted for 35.3%;862 cases were mild,accounted for 56.4%.Those who were specifically expressed in the liver and gall bladder were 87 cases,accounted for 5.7%,liver,gallbladder wall thickening,bile ducts within the liver and gallbladder can be seen in varying degrees of expansion were 1289 cases,accounted for 84.3%,courage and cyst wall thickening,which can been seen the thick waving spot were 127 cases,accounted for 8.3%.1247 cases bile duct echo a strong increased,in which 312 cases were gallbladder combined,accounted for the wall like a change in the liver Liner’s 25.0%.Conclusion Liver and Gallbladder ultrasound examination has the actual clinical significance for asymptomatic Clonorchiasis patients for the routine physical examination in the popular area crowd.更多还原
