提高基层疾控机构检验报告质量分析

【摘要】 目的通过对检验报告审核过程中发现的问题进行统计分析,为提高基层疾控机构检验报告质量提供改进建议。方法将2008年度南宁市疾控中心监督检验、监测检验、委托检验等三大类检验报告审核中发现的差错按:样品信息差错、评价标准差错、检验依据差错、原始记录差错、报告数据差错、报告编制差错等6个类别分类,并对结果进行统计分析。结果统计分析各类检验报告共5638例,发现有差错检验报告共114例,其中监督检验差错率为4.73%,监测检验率为1.16%,委托检验差错率为1.57%,三类检验报告差错率差异有统计学意义(x2=60.10,P<0.005)。结论基层疾控机构应结合自身工作情况的变化规律,总结先进工作经验,让先进、有效的工作方式转变成管理制度,确保检验报告质量管理工作持续改进。

【Abstract】 Objective To provide some improvement suggestions of quality control for basic Center for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC) by statistical analyzing on the errors in the process of checking inspection reports.Methods The errors come from supervision inspection,monitoring inspection and commission inspection of 2008 Nanning CDC,divided into 6 catalogues:sample information error,evaluation standard error,inspection standard error,original record error,report data error and report format error,and then statistical analyzed as the following result shows.Results 5638 inspection reports were analyzed,and 114 errors are found in these reports.Errors in supervision inspection reports account for 4.73% of supervision inspection reports,errors in monitoring inspection reports accounts for 1.16% of monitoring inspection reports and errors in commission inspection reports accounts for 1.57% of commission inspection reports.The error rate of the 3 kinds of inspection report has statistic significance(x2=60.10,P<0.005).Conclusion The basic CDC should summarize the advanced working experience at regular intervals,and transit the effective mode into management system to improve the quality of inspection report continuously.
