【摘要】 目的了解PCO从业人员对教材的知识量、培训内容、授课方式、课时安排、个人期望、对老师的要求等的需求,为进一步改进教材的组织和使用以及教学效果的评估等提供依据,满足市场需求。方法对参加PCO职业培训的人员,发放问卷调查表,对回收的调查表进行统计分析。结果49.1%的人认为培训内容要以经验介绍为主;有51.0%的人认为教材的内容刚好合适;56.6%的人仍愿意接受传统的授课形式;45.3%的人希望能进行现场的实际操作;83.2%的人希望老师的授课能更生动,增加课堂的互动性;50.9%人希望能开展行业的继续教育;58.5%的人希望建立规范的培训基地;43.4%的人希望能通过网络的方式获得知识;75.5%的人想了解怎样应对客户的投诉和满足客户的合理要求。结论目前的职业培训市场需求大于供给。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Understanding needs of the student to teaching and improve teaching method,to further improve teaching material’s structural and the use as well as the teaching effect appraisal and so on provide the basis,satisfies the market demand.Methods carry on the statistical analysis based on the questionnaire.Results 50.0% above people think that teaching material content is appropriate;56.6% are willing to accept the traditional teaching method;45.3% are hoping to establish training base;teacher’s teaching can be more interactive;develop continuing profession education;understand how to deal with customers and satisfies their reasonable demand.Conclusion the present professional training cannot satisfy the market demand.更多还原
