【摘要】 目的为控制布病发生与流行,制定布病防治措施提供科学依据。方法对与家畜、畜产品密切接触的人群,采用现场登记、询问的方式,对疑似者进行布氏菌血清学检查,布病患者按照《传染病防治法》规定的上报时限网络直报。结果我市布病疫情的主要传染源为羊,人通过接触患病家畜感染。结论白城市人间布病疫情呈上升趋势,发病人数逐年增多,局部疫情暴发。更多还原
