【摘要】 目的完成对呼伦贝尔市阿荣旗铁山村大骨节重病区病情监测。方法对呼伦贝尔市阿荣旗铁山村7～13周岁儿童通过X线进行病情检查情况进行分析。结果临床检出Ⅰ°大骨节病2人,早期改变(指末弯)1人,临床检出率3.66%;其中Ⅰ°以上检出率2.44%;对82名儿童全部拍摄X线手片,X线阳性改变6人,均为骨端,X线检出率为7.32%。结论该村大骨节病人未见增加趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Finish the surveillance of Kaschin-Beck’s disease serious territory tieshan village Arong county in Hulun Buir.Methods X-ray test of local children from 7 to 13 years old.Results 2 case in Ⅰ° phase,1 case in early phase,clinic relevance ratio is about 3.66%,including 2.44% of Ⅰ° phase.All 82 children cases receive x-ray tested,result shows 6 positive case,in capitulum,clinic relevance ratio is 7.32%.Conclusion No increasing trends of human cases have been found.更多还原
