【摘要】 目的:综述近年来带状疱疹的中西医药物治疗现状及进展,为临床治疗带状疱疹提供参考。方法:查阅国内外相关文献资料,进行分析整理归纳。结果:西医学治疗带状疱疹的原则为抗病毒、消炎、止痛;中医学认为应根据发病的不同时期、疱疹发病特点以及患者个体因素综合考虑,辩证治疗。结论:带状疱疹的临床治疗,应从患者本身、药效、经济成本等多方面综合考虑,以取得最佳疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the development in the drug treatment for herpes zoster in recent years, so as to provide references for its treatment clinically. Methods: The domestic and foreign-related literatures were analysed and summarized. Results: The principle of the treatment of herpes zoster in western medicine is to anti-virus, anti-inflammatory, and relief the pain. While the incidence of different periods, the characteristics of herpes and individual patients should be considered for the treatment of herpes zoster in TCM. Conclusion: In order to get the best therapeutic effects, the clinical treatment for herpes zoster should be considered from the individual conditions of patients, drug action, economic costs and so on.更多还原
