【摘要】 目的:对北京大学中国药物依赖性研究所等四家单位联合编制的《海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状评定量表》进行信度及效度评价。方法:对3所强制戒毒单位61例急性脱毒后的海洛因依赖患者进行稽延性戒断症状量表的评定。结果:最终修订的19个条目的评定量表分为4个因子:躯体症状、情绪症状、渴求症状、睡眠障碍,通过主成分分析法配合最大变异法行正交旋转对其结构效度进行分析,显示该量表具有较好的结构性。信度检验显示本量表具有较好的内部一致性,各因子的克朗巴赫系数分别为0.8127、0.7950、0.9041、0.8501,各因子与总量表的简单相关系数在0.5240-0.8550(P<0.001)之间。总量表及各因子的重测积差相关系数分别为0.8727、0.6440、0.7339、0.8263、0.8943。反应性分析显示,本量表具有较好的反应性。结论:该版《海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表》具有较好的内部结构一致性,评测稳定性及反应灵敏性,达到心理量表评定要求,适用于海洛因依赖患者脱毒后稽延性戒断症状的评定,具有较好临床实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the final 19-item Rating Scale for Protracted Withdrawal Symptoms of Heroin Addicts.Methods: Sixty one heroin addicts with drug free for 15-90 days after detoxification in three Compulsory Rehabilitation Center were rated with the initial 23-item rating scale.Results:Through principal component analysis compounding with the maximum varimax and orthogonal rotation,it proves that the final 19-item rating scale consists of four factors,including somatization,negative mood,craving and dyssomnia.The result of the analysis showed that the four model factors had a high imitation degree and better designability.The final 19-item rating scale was well inter-consistent,cronbach’s α of each factor was 0.8127,0.7950,0.9041,0.8501,respectively,the coefficient of correlation range from 0.5240 to 0.8550(P<0.001) between each factor score and the total score.Test-retest analysis showed the coefficient of product-moment correlation was 0.8727,0.6440,0.7339,0.8263,0.8943 among the total score and four factors,respectively.Responsibility analysis validated the rating scale had good responsibility.Conclusion: The final 19-item Rating Scale for Protracted Withdrawal Symptoms of Heroin Addicts is well inter-structured,a sound construct validity and reliability and responsibility reaching the requisition for psychological evaluation.It is applicable to investigate protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin addicts after detoxification.更多还原
