【摘要】 目的对76例中药不良反应报告进行分析总结,为临床使用中药提供参考。方法采用Excel和手工筛查,按照患者的年龄、性别、药品类别、剂型、不良反应表现等情况对病例报告进行统计、分析。结果76例中,女性使用中药所致的不良反应例数远高于男性,发生不良反应主要由中药注射剂引起,其次是中药片剂。不良反应临床表现主要为消化系统损害。结论应加强中药制剂尤其是中药注射剂的监测,重视中药引起的不良反应,以保证临床用药的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze 76 cases of adverse drug reaction(ADR) and provides the reference for the clinical security medication.Methods By means of Excel table and manual filtration,we retrospectively analyzed the case’s age、sex、drugs of causing ADR,medicine dosage-form,types of ADR clinical symptom.Results In the 76 cases,the number of female ADR caused by traditional chinese medicine(TCM) to overtop the male far.Traditional chinese medicine injections caused the higher proportion of adverse drug reaction,and then the tablets.Mainmanifestation of ADR was the damage to digestive system,then skin mucous membrane.Conclusion Safety monitoring for TCM should be further strengthened and take the ADR that TCM caused seriously,in order to ensure the safety of drug usage.更多还原
