【摘要】 目的:评价国产口服霍乱疫苗对ETEC腹泻的免疫保护作用。方法:免疫学方法测定抗原同源性、动物试验测定抗体中和活性、细胞毒性试验及ELISA法检测疫苗免疫人血清的交叉保护性。结果:CTB与LTB有交叉的抗原性;抗CTB抗血清可中和LT毒素的毒力;疫苗免疫人血清可中和LT毒素毒力,且免疫后血清中抗LT抗体滴度有明显升高。结论:国产口服霍乱疫苗可对ETEC腹泻有一定预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the immunoprotection against ETEC diarrhea by locally produced oral cholera vaccine.Methods:The immunological homology of the antigens was tested by immunogenic methods.The neutralizing reactivity of the antibody was tested by animal experiments.The cross-protection of the sera from vaccinated persons was detected by cytotoxic assay and ELISA.Results:The antigenicities of the CTB and LTB were similar;The anti-CTB sera was shown to be able to neutralize the LT toxin;The human sera from vaccinated persons was shown to be able to neutralize the LT toxin,and high titers of anti-LT antibody were found in post-vaccination sera.Conclusion:Locally produced oral cholera vaccine shows prophylaxis against ETEC.更多还原
