【Abstract】 The object of this paper is to emphasize the importance of relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution determination of polysaccharide in active fraction of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of drug technical review experiences.Author briefly introduced the methods for relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution determination,and suggested that the HPGPC method was used for the determination.Finally some considerations in the method selection and determination conditions were given.更多还原
