巴戟天中菊淀粉型五聚糖的分离与制备

【摘要】 目的:从巴戟天寡糖粗提取物中分离、制备菊淀粉型五聚糖。方法:使用Phenomenex synergi4μ Hydro-Rp80A色谱柱(250mm×30mm,4μm),以甲醇-水(2∶98)为流动相,蒸发光散射检测器检测,分离、制备菊淀粉型五聚糖,并根据波谱数据对其进行结构鉴定。结果:从巴戟天寡糖粗提取物中分离得到菊淀粉型五聚糖纯品,得率1.8%,纯度99.99%。结论:本实验条件方法简便,重现性好。

【Abstract】 Objective:To isolate and preparate the inulin-type pentasaccharide from oligosaccharide extract of Morinda officinalis How.Method:Preparative liquid chromatography with a Phenomenex synergi 4 μ Hydro-Rp 80A(250 mm×30 mm,4 μm)column as the stationary phase,methanol-water(2∶98)as the mobile phase and detector(ELSD)as the detector was used for isolation and preperation of inulin-type pentasaccharide and the structrue of this compound was elucidated by spectroscopic data.Result:The compound inulin-type pentasaccharide was preperated with the high purity of 99.99%,and the yield rate was about 1.8%.Conclusion:The proposed method is simple and repeatable.
