【摘要】 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定辐状肋柱花中獐牙菜苦苷的含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(含0.04%磷酸)为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱(0～15min,23∶77→30∶70),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长238nm,柱温35℃。结果:进样量在0.093～3.72μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6);平均回收率(n=5)为99.7%,RSD为1.3%。结论:本方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an HPLC quantitative method for determining the content of swertiamarin in Lomatogonium rotatum.Method:The samples were separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) eluted with methanol and water containing 0.04% phosphoric acid.The ratio of methanol and water increased from 23∶77 to 30∶70 in 15 min with detecting wavelength at 238 nm,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1,column temperature at 35 ℃.Result:The calibration curve was found to be linear over the range of 0.093-3.72 μg(r=0.9998,n=6);The average recovery(n=5) was 99.7% with RSD 1.3%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.更多还原
