气相色谱-质谱联用测定肌醇含量

【摘要】 目的:建立测定肌醇含量的GC-MS法。方法:以浓硫酸醋酐溶液将肌醇酯化为肌醇六乙酯后再以气-质联用法进行分析。色谱条件为SE-30色谱柱(15m×0.2mm×0.33μm),初始柱温为160℃,程序升温至240℃,柱前压30kPa;质谱条件为EI离子源,肌醇的选择检测离子为m/z168。结果:肌醇含量在10~500μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9982),加样回收率为99.6%~100.5%(n=9)。结论:此检测方法简单、快速,干扰少,可用于肌醇的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a reliable method for determination of inositol by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Method:An S-E 30(15 m×0.2 mm×0.33 μm)column was adopted.Initial temperature was set at 160 ℃ and then programmed rasing to 240 ℃.Anterior express was 30 kPa.EI was applied and selected ion mass(m/z)168 was monitored for qualification.Result:The standard curve was linear over the range of 10-500 μg·mL-1(r=0.9982).The average recovery was 99.6%-100.5%(n=9).Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and reliable.It can be applied to the determination of inositol.
