【摘要】 目的:建立测定复方救心片中华蟾酥毒基、酯蟾毒配基含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液(50∶50,用磷酸调节pH为3.2),流速0.6mL.min-1,检测波长296nm,柱温30℃。结果:华蟾酥毒基进样量在0.33～1.65μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)为99.96%,RSD为1.1%。酯蟾毒配基进样量在0.42～2.09μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)为98.35%,RSD为1.3%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cinobufagin,recibufogenin in compounds Jiuxin tablets.Method:The Phenomenex Luna C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate(50∶50,adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid)and the flow rate was 0.6 mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was 296 nm and column temperature was controlled about 30 ℃.Results:For cinobufagin,the method had good linear relationship within the range of 0.33 to 1.65 μg with the correlation coefficients 0.9999;The average recovery(n=6)was 99.96%,and RSD was 1.1%.For recibufogenin,the method had good linear relationship within the range of 0.42 to 2.09 μg with the correlation coefficients 0.9999;The average recovery(n=6)was 98.35%,and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and has good repetition.更多还原
