超临界流体萃取沙棘籽化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析
GC-MS analysis of the chemical constituents of seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides L.extracted by supercritical fluids
【摘要】 目的:鉴定由超临界CO2流体萃取的沙棘籽的化学成分。方法:利用超临界CO2萃取和气-质联用技术对沙棘籽的化学成分进行分析。结果:沙棘籽的超临界CO2萃取物,气相色谱-质谱联用可分离并鉴定出61种化合物,主要成分为烷烃类、烯烃类、氯代烃、脂肪酸、烯酸、酯类等。结论:沙棘籽中含有较多酯类化合物,但有营养价值的有机酸类化合物种类、含量较少。
【Abstract】 Objective:Identify compounds of seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides L.extracted by supercritical CO2.Methods:GC-MS was used to analyse seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides L.extracted by supercritical CO2.Results:61 compounds were separated and identified.The seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides L.contain alkane,olefins,chlorinated paraffin,fatty acid,olefine acid and esters.Conclusion:There are many esters in seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides L.,but organic acid of nutritional value is rare.
