火焰原子吸收法测定血府逐瘀丸中微量元素含量
FAAS determination of trace elements in Xiefuzhuyu pills
【摘要】 目的:应用火焰原子吸收法测定血府逐瘀丸中的微量元素Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni含量。方法:采用硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)常压微沸条件下消解样品,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:测定的3批样品中有2批未检出Cr,Cr的检出限为2.1×10-8g;方法的加样回收率(n=3)为96.8%~107.1%,RSD为1.1%~5.1%。结论:本方法准确、迅速、简便。
【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the amount of trace elements(Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni) in Xiefuzhuyu pills by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Method:FAAS was used to determine the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni in the Xiefuzhuyu pills.The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4(4:1) at 140 ℃ under normal pressure.In the meantime,the accuracy and precision on the results were studied.Results:Cr had not been detected in 2 samples,and the detection of limit was 2.1×10-8 g for Cr;The results showed that the recovery of additional standard(n=3) was 96.8%-107.1%,and RSD was 1.1%-5.1%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,rapid and simple.
