不同产地蜂胶挥发油成分的GC-MS比较分析

【摘要】 目的:采用GC-MS法分别对不同产地蜂胶乙醚索氏提取法所得提取物的化学成分进行分析比较,为进一步研究蜂胶提供参考。方法:用TRACEGC-MS联用仪对蜂胶乙醚索氏提取法所得提取物化学成分进行鉴定。色谱柱:DB-1石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm);柱温:100℃(5min)5℃.min-1230℃(5min)分流进样,分流比10:1;进样口温度:230℃。质谱条件:EI电离源,电子能量70eV,接口温度:230℃,离子源温度:200℃,扫描范围:35~335amu。结果:分别检出河南产蜂胶主要成分61个,山东产蜂胶主要成分40个,江西产蜂胶主要成分19个,内蒙古产蜂胶主要成分33个;其大黄酚的含量依次为1.55%,13.60%,19.53%,10.57%。结论:产地可显著影响蜂胶中挥发油的种类及含量。

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide references for the further study of propolis.Methods:Propolis extractives were obtained by Soxhlet extraction method,and the chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method.Chromatographic conditions were:capillary column DB-1(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm);column temperature 100 ℃(5 min)5 ℃·min-1 230 ℃(5 min);split injection,split ratio 10:1;injector temperature 230 ℃.Mass spectrometer conditions were:ionization mode,EI;electron energy,70 eV;interface temperature,230 ℃;ion source temperature,200 ℃;mass scan range,35-335 amu.Results:The components of extractives of propolis from Henan,Shandong,Jiangxi,and Nei Monggol were 61,40,19,33,respectively;The contents of chrysophanol were 1.55%,13.60%,19.53%,and 10.57%,respectively.Conclusion:The types and contents of chemical components of essential oil in propolis were effect by producing area.
