【摘要】 目的:建立短葶山麦冬药材主要药用成分的定性与定量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对短葶山麦冬药材中甾体皂苷类成分进行定性鉴别;采用紫外-可见分光光度法对短葶山麦冬药材中多糖成分进行含量测定,以苯酚-硫酸显色,在490nm的波长处测定吸收度。结果:应用所建立的方法对14批药材进行定性与定量分析,结果在TLC图谱中均可检出短葶山麦冬药材的特征斑点;14批样品多糖含量测定结果以无水葡萄糖计为6.34%～13.69%。结论:本方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于该药材的定性与定量分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality and quantity analysis methods of Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily.Method:With TLC to identify steroid glycoside of Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily;Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and colourimetry was used to determinate polysaccharide contents of Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily,and the detected wavelength was 490 nm.Result:14 samples were determinated by the new method.The characteristic spots of Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily could be easily examined by TLC.The polysaccharide contents of Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily were 6.34%-13.69%.Conclusion:These methods are simple,accurate and can be used for the quality and quantity analysis of Liriope muscari(Decne.)Baily.更多还原
