【Abstract】 Biological characteristics of Papilio machaon.were summarized in Longnan city,Gansu province where had main production by feeding and wild investigation.It showed;Papilio machaon had two generations in one year and over winter as pupas.Pupas was eclosion in next spring.The first generation ocurred from May to June and the second from August to September.After larvas matured during September—October,Papilio machaon pupated to pass winter on branches and boles.Its host was vegetations of Umbelliferae and Rutaceae.更多还原
