【摘要】 供应链企业间的关系及合作行为对其生产经营来说至关重要。本文分析了供应链关系的特点,构建了供应链关系质量的维度,建立了供应链关系质量对供应链企业合作行为影响的概念模型。通过对陕西、甘肃、新疆三地区136家制造企业的问卷调查,用结构方程模型检验了相应的假设。结果表明,供应链关系质量对持久性、关系频率和多样性有显著正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply chain relationship and cooperative behaviors are vital to business of firms in supply chains.This paper analyses the characters of supply chain relationship and investigates the dimensions of supply chain relationship quality,and the impact of supply chain relationship quality on cooperation using SEM with LISREL.A questionnaire survey was conducted to 136 manufacturing firms in West China.The findings support the hypothesis that supply chain relationship quality,defined as a higher-order construct of communication,trust,cooperation,adaptation,and atmosphere,has a significant positive impact on persistence,frequency,and diversity.更多还原
