【摘要】 本文在分析用户废旧家电处置行为意向影响因素的基础上,借助统计软件SPSS,通过相关分析和回归分析,对问卷调查数据进行了实证检验。统计分析结果表明:用户的处置行为意向与行为态度、主观规范、经济动机、服务动机显著正向相关,与行为控制显著负向相关,而与环境知识无关;环境知识通过行为态度影响行为意向。最后指出了研究存在的局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the determinants of behavior intention towards the recycling of used household electronic appliances,this paper tests the research hypotheses through correlation and linear regression analysis,using SPSS statistics software.The findings indicate the significant positive correlations between attitude,subject norm,economy motive,service motive and the recycling behavior intention.Results also show the negative correlation between the perceived control and the recycling behavior intention.Environmental knowledge influences the recycling behavior intention indirectly through attitude.The future research directions in this area are identified in the end.更多还原
