【摘要】 目的:评估无监督情况下家庭日常使用高露洁抗敏牙膏4周后牙本质过敏症状的改善情况。方法:本研究为单一产品、单盲、多中心的临床研究。采用数字化疼痛评判法(VAS)筛选受试者。通过普通牙膏洗脱2周去除干扰因素后,给予受试者高露洁抗敏牙膏和软毛牙刷,用VAS法分别于基线(VAS-1)和4周实验结束后(VAS-2)评估受试者牙本质敏感情况。结果:本研究共筛选1315人,纳入受试者210名,完成试验者193名,基线时VAS平均值为54.94±13.81;试验4周后VAS平均值为36.87±18.75,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:日常使用高露洁抗敏感牙膏4周,对牙本质敏感症有一定的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the effects of daily application of Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste on relieving dentinal hypersensitivity.METHODS:The study was a single-blind multicentered clinical trial.Subjects,who were included by Visual Analog Scale(VAS),undertook a washout period for 2 weeks by using Colgate non-sensitive toothpaste in order to eliminate interference factors.Then Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste and soft toothbrush were applied daily in next four weeks.The conditions of dentinal hypersensitivity were assessed by VAS at baseline and after 4 weeks.RESULTS:In total of 1315 individuals,210 subjects participated and 193 were enrolled in the study.At the baseline,average VAS was 54.94±13.81;four weeks later,average VAS decreased to 36.87±18.75.There was significant difference(P<0.001).CONCLUSION:Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste can relieve dentinal hypersensitivity.更多还原
