【摘要】 经过十多年的失业治理和促进就业工作,上海的就业形势有所改观。但在社区层面上,随着青年失业问题的逐步凸现,失业治理的任务和压力依然很大。本文通过对上海五角场镇社区失业状况的分析,反映了上海社区失业的基本情况,分析了城市社区失业治理体系存在的主要问题,并据此提出要以青年失业治理为重点,从队伍建设、工作理念和方式、资源整合、政策完善等方面加强社区促进就业工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 With unemployment treatment and employment Promotion for more than ten years,there is great improvement for employment in Shanghai.But in community,as unemployment appears in youth,the pressure of unemployment treatment keeps high.In this paper,as a case,the unemployment of wu jiao chang town is analyzed,which imply the unemployment of community in Shanghai.The key problem in the unemployment treatment system is also studied,and the employment promotion solution is presented as results,which include Group Construction,working recognition,resource integration and improvement of policy,etc.更多还原
