【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术修补巨大食管裂孔疝的临床价值。方法:结合我院2008年1月收治的1例巨大食管裂孔疝患者诊治经验。结果:本例为患巨大食管裂孔疝的女性患者,采用气腹腹腔镜手术方法修复其巨大食管裂孔疝,同时将胃底局部固定,术后7d出院,随访3个月未见症状复发。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗巨大食管裂孔疝较开放手术具有创伤较小、术后恢复快及疗效显著等多种优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic repair for patients with huge hiatal hernia.Methods:Combined the case in January 2008 of hiatal hernia huge was analyzed and related literatures were reviewed.Results:In this case is a female patient with huge hiatal hernia underwent laparoscopic hernia repair.Postoperative hospitalization was 7days.No symptom recurred after 3months followup.Conclusions:Laparoscopic huge hiatal hernia repair had the advantages of minimal invasive,shorter hospitalization and same efficacy versus open surgery.更多还原
