【摘要】 目的:探讨翼状胬肉单纯切除术与翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析88例(110只患眼)翼状胬肉患者:2004年2月—2006年3月,对50例(60只患眼)翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉单纯切除术,2006年6月—2008年3月,对38例(50只患眼)翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,观察术后角膜上皮修复、翼状胬肉复发情况。结果:术后随访观察6~18个月,翼状胬肉单纯切除组有19只患眼复发(31.7%),角膜上皮恢复时间为3~7d,平均4.8d;联合角膜缘干细胞移植组有2只患眼复发(4.0%),角膜上皮恢复时间为1~3 d。平均2.1d,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术能促进术区角膜上皮修复,减少翼状胬肉复发,是治疗翼状胬肉一种行之有效的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation for treatment of pterygium.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 88 cases(110 eyes) in patients with pterygium: from February 2004 to March 2006,50 caces(60 eyes) of pterygium were cured by simple pterygium excision;from June 2006 to March 2008,the 38 cases(50 eyes) of pterygium were cured by pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.The general situation of recover of corneal epithelium and the recurrence of pterygiun were observed after surgery.Results:All cases were followed up for 6—18 months.19 eyes recurred(recurrent rate was 31.7%) and comeal epithelium were recovered with 3-7 days(mean 4.8 days) in simple pterygium excision group.Two eyes recurred(recurrent rate was 4%) and comeal epithelium were recovered with 1-3day8(mean 2.1 days) in pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation group.The differences were significant between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pterygium excision with limbal stem cell autolograft transplantation technique to promote corneal epithelial repair area to reduce the recurrence of pterygium is an effective treatment of pterygium good way.更多还原
