【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿尿道下裂的临床诊治特点。方法:选择我院2003年1月—2009年1月收治的尿道下裂患儿60例,行Snodgrass尿道成形术。结果:术后随访5个月~4年,一期手术治愈54例,占90%;1例发生尿道狭窄经尿道扩张治愈,占1.7%;5例发生尿瘘,占8.3%,其中1例术后尿道缝合处感染裂开,另1例多处尿瘘,此2例患儿术后6个月再次行Snodgrass尿道成形术;另3例行单纯尿瘘修补术,均治愈。结论:Snodgrass尿道成形术操作简便,并发症少,尿道板可反复利用,但是要根据具体情况选择合适的术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the characters of clinical diagnosis and treatmen on children with hypospadias.Methods:60 children with hypospadias were selected from January 2003 to January 2009.all the cases were done with Snodgrass urethroplasty.Results:all cases were followed up for 6months to 4years,60cases were cured at one stage operation,the cure rate is 90%,1 cases(1.7%)were found urethral stricture,but they were cured by urethral dilatation,5 cases(8.7%) appeared urethral fistula,in the cases,one was caused by infection of area of suture and they were performed by repair of urethral fistula,another case appeared urethral fistula at several places and they all were done Snodgrass urethroplasty again after 6 months of posterior operation,the 5cases were all cured.Conclusion:The Snodgrass urethroplasty is simple in the operation,and a few of complications appeared after operation.In this operation type,urethral plate may be used for several times,but the best operation type should be selected according to the clinical state of the patients.更多还原
