添加锯末对污泥堆肥腐熟的影响研究

【摘要】 污泥堆肥良好的腐熟程度是堆肥安全使用或农用的必要前提。本试验以杨凌城市污水污泥为原料,以木材加工厂废弃物锯末为调理剂,采用强制通风静态好氧堆肥与自然通风好氧堆肥相结合的方法进行了2个处理的堆肥试验:SS(25%)+DSS(37.5%)+SWD(37.5%),SS(62.5%)+DSS(37.5%)+SWD(0%),研究了堆肥过程中6种重要的评价堆肥腐熟程度的物理化学和生物学指标,如堆体温度、pH、电导率(EC)、C/N比、水溶性有机碳(DOC)、种子发芽指数(GI)以及它们随堆肥时间变化特征。结果表明:在120d堆肥过程中,处理SS+SWD、SS的堆体温度变化均明显呈现出升温期、高温期和降温期3个时期,高温所持续的时间4 d(SS+SWD)和9 d(SS)均符合我国与美国无害化和卫生标准中的有关规定;处理SS+SWD、SS的堆温、pH、EC、TOC、TKN、C/N、DOC共同呈现出随堆肥时间的的变化波动在第Ⅰ发酵阶段比第Ⅱ发酵阶段剧烈;雪里蕻的GI在处理SS+SWD、SS中分别呈现出抑制发芽阶段、上升阶段、稳定阶段3个阶段,至堆肥终止时2个处理堆肥均已达到腐熟,但处理SS+SWD的堆肥腐熟程度稍劣于处理SS。通过比较试验结果还可以得出,SS+SWD处理的堆肥上层温度在高温阶段所持续的时间比SS处理的时间长;SS+SWD处理更利于氮的固定保存。在污泥中添加锯末的堆肥处理中,对反映堆肥腐熟的堆体温度、水分、N素、EC、pH方面存在着正面影响。

【Abstract】 The higher degree of stability or maturity of sewage sludge composted is the main requirement of a safe use or application of sewage sludge to agricultural land.The study on the maturity of the co-composting using sewage sludge(SS) and dry sewage sludge(DSS) gathered from the Yangling sewage treatment plant,and sawdust(SWD) obtained from a wood processing plant in Yangling,was carried out in an aerated static pile composting system and a natural ventilate on fermentation system under laboratory conditions during 120 days composting age.In the study,the co-composting using SS,DSS and SWD were in two different proportions: SS(25 %)+ DSS(37.5%)+ SWD(37.5%),SS(62.5 %)+ DSS(37.5%)+ SWD(0%).Some key phy-chemical and biological parameters on maturity,temperature(CT),pH,electrical conductivity(EC),TOC,TKN,C/N,dissolved organic carbon(DOC) were investigated regularlly during sewage sludge composting.The results of the tests show that three phases observed during composting consist of the mesophilic phase,the thermophilic phase,and the cooling phase;the CT,pH,EC,TOC,TKN,C/N and DOC in the piles changed greatly in the first stage(1~35 d) than in the second stage(36~120 d);the compost pile temperature arrived in composting process in SS+SWD,SS satisfied the standards related to innocuity and sanitation of compost production in China and American.However,comparison between the two treatments shows that primary addition of SWD to SS did affect CT evolution,pH,TKN and GI during the composting experiment.The achieving the maximum temperature and holding time in the upper layer,capability of N fixed in SS+SWD were superior to in SS,except for GI in the final production.Considering the positive aspects,such as the achieving the maximum temperature and holding time,the capacity of holding water in raw material and adsorption for odors of NH3,N fixed capability,EC reduction,the composting of sewage sludge with additional sawdust were superior to the composting of sewage sludge without additional sawdust.
