【摘要】 实验室自行搭建完成一套微芯片体系,包括整体式聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微芯片及基于电荷耦合装置(CCD)的在线自校正激光诱导荧光检测装置。该体系具有微通道清洗及进样操作简单、分离快速等特点,已成功运用于氨基酸分离及标准蛋白质的筛分。

【Abstract】 A micro-separation system was established,including an integrated poly(dimethylsiloxane) microchip and on-line auto-deducting background diode laser induced fluorescence detector based on charge coupling devices(CCD).Virtues of the micro-separation system include simple operation such as channel cleaning and sample injecting and fast separation.The micro-separation system has been used for separation of amino acid and standard proteins.
