电沉积α-PbO2和β-PbO2镀层的热力学分析
The rmodynamic analysis of electrodepositedα-PbO2 and β-PbO2 coatings
【摘要】 根据热力学数据,通过计算绘制出Pb-H2O系E-pH图,分析了酸性和碱性条件下电沉积二氧化铅的可行性。研究表明:温度对碱性电沉积二氧化铅电位的影响比酸性的大。在酸性镀液中,提高氧的超电位抑制氧气的析出,可得到较均匀的二氧化铅镀层;在碱性条件下,减小电流密度或降低一定的槽电压能得到光滑致密的镀层。物相分析证实,碱性电沉积二氧化铅的镀层为α-PbO2,酸性电沉积二氧化铅的镀层为β-PbO2。
【Abstract】 In order to the thermodynamic data,the E-pH diagram of Pb-H2O system were calculated and drawn, and the feasibility of electrodepositing PbO2 from aqueous solution and acid solution was discussed in this paper. The results showed that the potential of electrodeposited PbO2 from the aqueous media was easier influence by temperature.In acid system,the uniformly PbO2-coating can been obtained by properly increasing the over-potential to restrain oxygen-evolution.In aqueous system,we can get smooth and compact PbO2 layer by reducing the current density and working voltage of the electrolytic cell.The phase analysis result showed,we can getα-PbO2 coatings if electrndeposited PbO2 from the aqueous solution,andβ-PbO2 coatings if electrodeposited PbO2 from the acid solution.
