【Abstract】 The main problems in managing and using the library journal resource in Baotou Teachers’ College are:the contradictions between the expansion of school and the relatively insufficient journal resources;conflicts between the professional structure of the librarians and the needs of readers;the managing conception doesn’t meet the school-level and the demand of modern information services.In achieving scientific management of the journal resources,an effective mechanism to ensure funding should be established,the concepts should be improved,the quality of librarians should be strengthened,journal resources should be developed and the resource-sharing networks should be established.更多还原
