【Abstract】 The deterioration of the grassland ecological environment is directly related with the unclear grassland ownership and it brings out the predatory development and the other man-made destructive acts objectively.The defeats of the grassland property rights system constrain the development of grasslands.It will optimize the allocation of grassland resources and increase the utilization to improve the present grassland property rights system,which plays an irreplaceable role for the sustainable development of grassland resources.更多还原
