内蒙古某高砷低铜矿石选矿工艺研究
RESEARCH OF NEW FLOWSHEET OF LNNER MONGOLIA HIGH ARSENIC-LOW COPPER POLY-METALLIC
【摘要】 根据矿石性质,对内蒙古某高砷低铜铅锌银矿石进行了浮选分离研究,采用"铜铅锌等可浮—依次优先浮选"流程,利用FN作为砷矿物的抑制剂,有效解决了铜精矿中含砷高的问题,避免使用铜铅分离时常用的有毒抑制剂重铬酸钾,同时有效提高了铜的品位;试验获得铜精矿铜回收率为66.41%,品位为28.6%,铅、锌、银的回收率均达到90%以上。
【Abstract】 Study on floatation separation of Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulphide ore was carried out.Authors developed a comprehensive flow-sheet involving"copper-lead mixture floatation and copper-lead separation"and"copper-leadzinc equal-priority floatation".The second circuit is adopted because it is environment-friendly and refrain of the use of pollutional potassium bichromate bichromate.Achieving the goal of recovering the available mineral in the ore.
