【摘要】 天然染料普遍存在染色牢度差的问题,染色时需使用明矾、硫酸铁等传统的重金属媒染剂进行媒染,造成环境污染.稀土作为一种新型媒染剂,可在提高天然染料染色牢度的同时解决环境污染的问题.稀土元素是典型的金属元素,其金属活泼性仅次于碱金属和碱土金属元素,但比其他金属元素活泼.稀土离子可与羟基、偶氮基或磺酸基等形成络合物应用于印染行业.研究了稀土作为媒染剂在天然染料真丝绸染色中的应用.实验发现,稀土媒染剂能明显提高染样的上染百分率和表观得色深度K/S值,具有良好的促染增深作用;同时,稀土媒染能在一定程度上提高织物的染色牢度和匀染性,获得较好的染色效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Most of natural dyes have poor color fastness,traditional heavy metal mordant such as alum and ferric sulfate were required in natural dyeing,which has also brought environmental problems.As a novel mor-dant,rare earth could not only improve the fastness of natural dyes but resolve environmental pollution problems.Rare-earth elements are typical metallic elements,their metal activity is only next to alkali metal and the alkaline earth metallic elements,but more lively than other metallic elements.The rare earth ion could make a combina-tion with hydroxyl,azo group or sulfonic group to form complex,which makes the rare earth apply to dyeing and printing industry.The application of the rare earth as mordant in the silk dyeing with natural dyes was studied.It was found that the rare earth as mordant could improve dye-uptake and apparent depth(K/S value) and have dist-inct darkening effect.At the same time it could improve the color fastness and levelness of fabric,better dyeing effect could be obtained.更多还原
