印染废水中直接湖蓝-3B的萃取回收技术研究
Study on extraction and recovery of direct sea blue-3B from dyeing effluent
【摘要】 印染废水中染料的萃取回收是一种有效提高资源利用率的技术,可实现节约资源和减排.研究了从印染废水中萃取回收直接湖蓝-3B染料的技术可行性及工艺条件的影响.结果显示,从废水中萃取回收直接湖蓝染料是完全可行的,在所研究的工艺条件范围内,萃取率均超过97.0%.溶液pH对反萃取过程的影响最大,其余工艺条件对萃取和反萃取过程均无明显差别.萃取最佳工艺条件为:萃取剂V(三辛胺)/V(正辛醇)/V(石油醚)为30/10/60,油水体积比1/4,染料溶液pH1.5~2.5,搅拌25min,静置20min;反萃取条件:NaOH溶液浓度2mol/L,油水体积比1/1,搅拌15min,静置15min.
【Abstract】 Extraction and recovery from dyeing effluent is an effective technology of increasing the level of resource utilization, which could realize resource-saving and reduce dischargement. The feasibility and technics of extraction and recovery of direct sea blue-3B from dyeing effluent were studied. The results showed that the extraction and recovery of this dye was totally feasible, and in the studied condition ranges, the extraction ratio were all over 97%. Among the conditions pH of dye solution has remarkable effect on re-extraction, other conditions have no distinct difference to extraction and re-extraction. The optimal extraction conditions were as bellows: the volume ratio of extraction solution of trioctyl amine/octyl alcohol/petroleum ether was 30/10/60, the vol- ume ratio of oil/water was 1/4, pH value of dye solution was 1.5~2.5, the extraction time was 25 min, settlement time was 20 min. The optimal re-extraction was: the concentration of NaOH solution was 2 mol/L, the volume ratio of oil/water was 1/1, re-extraction time was 15 min, settlement time was 15 min.
